Our main business is supporting airlines, handling agents, tour operators and airports when things go a little off track but that doesn’t mean we can’t use those skills to offer our customers another little bit of extra support when things are going right and Travel Management fits the bill perfectly.
By giving you access to our databases and some or all of our reservations systems we can offer customers – and this is strictly for contract customers – tools to help manage business travel arrangements for management and staff.
FDS has deals with many hotel chains and independent hotels (often unbeatable, even by established online booking services) and we can access deals for trains, ferries, taxis and buses which we make available to our customers.
We assume that air travel is covered because most of our customers are in that business and have access to industry rates but if it isn’t we can cover that too through one of our business partners.
Just like our Flight Disruption Management service, we can do as much or as little as you want but we do it with the ease and to the high standards that customers have come to expect of us.
