How Do We Do It?

On receiving your request for support (just let us know how many passengers, which airport, where to etc.), we refer to our database and identify suitable solutions.

We assess solutions based on overall price, convenience and expediency and then let you know what is available.

You provide us with a Meal, Accommodation and Transport Order (MATO) number, a Purchase Order or unique reference number and we then make all the necessary arrangements and confirm them back to your team.

We maintain contact with suppliers and your team to ensure updates and information can be passed on to passengers and we monitor work until the assignment is completed.

We arrange payment, collate supplier invoices and verify any extra costs incurred (cancellation charges, waiting charges, hotel extras etc.) before issuing a final invoice to you.
