Getting our DATABASE to work for you

We have invested in a bespoke database for the management of disrupted flights.

Each hotel is given a unique username and password allowing them to input their own availability. This allows us to constantly monitor room availability at all UK airports. Our database contains details of negotiated rates, and traveling time from the airport.

The database facilitates communication with our coach operators, ensuring that we know availability of coaches within minutes of receiving an enquiry. We hold full out of hours contact details for all of our approved partner coach operators, together with estimated timings to any airport within a 40 mile radius of their base. All operators are carefully vetted and insurance, licenses, and independent maintenance inspections are logged and updated on the database.

  • The database enables you to make informed decisions about your transport and hotel requirements, balancing cost against availability.
  • The system automatically generates email confirmations to the transport provider with all relevant details, together with a text message to the driver, and provides an estimated pick up and arrival time.
  • We encourage our coach operators to fit our approved vehicle tracking system, allowing us to see where all the vehicles are in real time. The system is accurate to within 10 metres and 2 minutes. For volume users we will allow direct access to our tracking system.
