You will be given internet access to our system where you can view your order, and even track the progress of the coaches being used for your disruption.

We will provide you with full details of hotels and transport companies, pick up times, and all other relevant information
Confirmation emails/faxes are generated by our system, and for volume users we offer password-protected access directly to our database.

Payment Terms

Option 1.

If you have already have credit facilities at the hotel used we can arrange for the hotel to invoice you directly, after we have checked the invoice to ensure the correct amount has been billed. We receive commission form the hotel for placing your booking, but our volume use of hotel facilities allows us to negotiate the best possible rates for you.

If numerous transport providers have bee used, you will receive one invoice from Excel Passengers Logistics, simplifying your accounting.

Option 2.

If you do not have a credit facility with the hotel we will purchase the hotel rooms on your behalf (subject to satisfactory credit checks), which may incur a service charge.
