Securing ROOMS for delayed passengers
Flight Delay Service’s online hotel database (numbering over 2000,) allows every registered hotel to log on and provide us with up to date room availability around all UK airports. The system has pre-set availability warnings for each airport, alerting us immediately if there is a shortage of rooms, within ten miles. Should this occur the system then auto checks for availability in wider areas until sufficient availability is established.
As the largest hotel procurement company in the flight delay market, we have negotiated with all local and regional hotels for last minute volume room rates for delayed passenger accommodation.
Hotel standards are constantly monitored by Sandra Teruggi. Experienced in all requirements, Sandra has even arranged to convert conference rooms into mini cinemas to entertain the more junior passengers!
Flight Delay Services offer airlines and handling agents a choice of available hotels for their passengers, ranging from 3 Star through to First and Business Class Accommodation, subject to availability.
To enable us to confirm accommodation for delayed passengers, we require MATO confirmation and billing instructions for us to forward to the suppliers.
