Sandy has over 25 years of experience in the aviation industry, previously working for Wardair Canada at Manchester Airport, Saudi Arabian Airlines in Jeddah, Cargolux, and the Avro division of Monarch Airlines and Cosmos Holidays.
Whilst Sandy was in charge of the representation at Manchester Airport, she saw an opportunity to aid and assist Airlines/Handling agents when disruptions occurred, and formed Flight Delay Services in 1999 to provide a One Stop Shop solution to passenger disruption.
A self-confessed workaholic, Sandy nevertheless enjoys spending time at her apartment in Portugal and enjoys watching and attending formula one races, test cricket, as well as attending concerts.
