Sandra is a proven sales and strategy professional with career achievements that demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the hotel business with specialist knowledge of airline requirements.
Building on previous experience as Travel Manager for a large American electronics company, Sandra developed an extensive global network of contacts working for international hotel groups such as Forte, Renaissance and Intercontinental.
In 1997, Sandra was appointed as Airline Account Manager worldwide for Forte and Meridien Hotels based at London Heathrow. During this time, Sandra specialised in aircrew contracting and was awarded the Forte Silver Award for Excellence after securing contracts with major airlines to the value of £9 million.
Prior to joining Flight Delay Services in July 2006, Sandra was Sales and Marketing Manager at Bewleys Hotel Manchester Airport where she ensured the hotel attracted a strong core clientele and achieved high occupancy during a major expansion program.
Sandra has been an active committee member of the Institute of Travel Management for the past 15 years.
