Gemma qualified from Manchester University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Studies and Information Technology, (she has an OLOGY) it was through this course that Gemma was first introduced to Flight Delay Services as a placement student in 2005.
After qualifying in 2007, Gemma was offered a full time position at Flight Delay Services, and decided to pursue her career with us. She has now been promoted to Office Supervisor and Training Co-ordinator.
One of Gemma’s main qualities is her professionalism, and her quick wits allow her to adapt to any situation she may be faced with, showing compassion and empathy that is hard to beat.
As a dog lover, Gemma has got herself “ZACK” a gorgeous chocolate Labrador puppy, which now takes up a lot of her and her partner’s spare time with long walks in Wales at weekends.
Gemma has just become a new home owner, and is now learning about colour and design, as well as teaching herself to cook!
